Roxanne is the change maker, highly skilled in business transformation, implementing behavioural change within organisations and aligning the customer and employee experience for growth.

Roxanne has 20 years of HR and business experience in Corporate, Profit-for-Purpose, Start-ups and Government sectors with a diverse set of experience across markets; Australia, Europe, Africa and the USA and industries; technology, local Government, banking and finance, superannuation, management consulting, youth, publishing, aged care, disability, sport and community services. Roxanne has delivered over 2000 hours of individual coaching and in facilitating group processes with senior leaders, teams and executives delivering innovative change programs that have led to productive and sustainable change.

Spending 3 months in Silicon Valley in 2015, Roxanne returned passionate about the latest business technology and is always on the lookout for the new tools that will support people to reach their potential in the workplace. Roxanne has worked for several businesses that had lean, HCD, six sigma and agile thinking at the centre of their approach and brings these processes and a customer focus to any client she works with.

A Master of Management, Graduate Diploma in HR, Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation and Bachelor of Commerce, Roxanne also has accreditation in NLP and Timeline Therapy, MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence), ACT, DISC and the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire. She is accredited as a coach at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Travelling the world to explore diverse cultures combined with non-Executive Director roles for Ardoch Youth Foundation and more recently Lengo Football Academy demonstrates Roxanne’s kind and caring dedication to helping others and supporting less fortunate communities in need.
